Hi, I’m Parthit.

I’m a full-stack engineer at Intuit, working on QuickBooks Online. Lately I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about applied AI, distributed systems, and the unglamorous details that make software dependable.

I got into engineering through school projects in blockchain and healthcare. I liked the messy part: taking a vague idea, figuring out what was actually useful, and making it work.

During my master’s at Cornell Tech, I helped build AugmentED, an edtech startup. We talked to users, changed our minds often, and turned a rough idea into a real product. It was my first close look at how much building a company differs from building a class project.

Small businesses aren’t abstract to me. My mom runs Dakka’s Bakery, so I’ve seen how much the right tool can help—and how quickly a bad one becomes extra work. This site is where I write through things I’m learning and share small interactive experiments.
